Aaron had three major challenges: understanding how his military skills could be utilized in the civilian market, writing a civilian friendly resume, and knowing which salary range he should expect. Still Serving Veterans assisted Aaron by helping him make his resume civilian friendly, putting him in contact with corporate recruiters and discussing salary expectations and negotiations with him.

Within a few weeks of working with Still Serving Veterans, Aaron landed his civilian dream job. Aaron was provided with the education and guidance he needed to confidently and successfully navigate his military to civilian transition.
