Check-in, Coffee & Light Breakfast 8:00 – 9:00 (Event Schedule)

2942 Newman Road, Ardmore, TN   (follow the SSV/BBB signs after turning from Bunker Hill Rd)

Attire:  Jeans and comfortable shoes that won’t mind a little dirt!  Sunscreen and/or a hat are a good idea.

Food:  Lunch is BBQ chicken or pork, snacks and drinks provided throughout the day, and a catered dinner from The Jackson Center.

We have curated great silent and live auction items, and Daniel Culps with Fowler Auction is donating his time as auctioneer!  Visit https://ssv.org/events/bbb and scroll through the auction items and get prepared to buy!

In addition to the auction items, a unique “BBB only” special recipe of “Sweet Home Spirits” will be available to take home at $75 per bottle. 

And there’s more!!  Have your photo taken with and personalized by our speaker, Gina Bennett for a $20 SSV donation!  Gina is a seasoned counterterrorism expert and one of the first intelligence services personnel to identify Osama bin Ladin as a threat to national security. 

Safety Release (<—Click):  Every BBB attendee must sign the attached safety release form – even if you don’t plan to shoot.  You can read it in advance, print, sign and bring it with you – or you can do all of that as part of the check-in process.  NO PERSONAL FIREARMS ALLOWED AT THIS EVENT.  Top quality firearms and ammo are provided.
