Rotary Club of Greater Huntsville Foundation's Mardi Gras Gala

Last year your support helped us to raise $30,000 to benefit CASA of Madison County, the Community Free Dental Clinic, and REAP. We invite you to support the 2017 Gala as sponsor or by purchasing a corporate table.

This year’s beneficiaries of the GALA proceeds will be “Still Serving Veterans of Huntsville” and “The Society of St. Vincent DePaul District Council of Huntsville” along with the RCGH - REAP/RECAP Programs.

Our REAP and RCAP programs have aided more than 1,000 students in the Huntsville city schools by providing eye exams and glasses and/or clothing to facilitate their performance in school and hundreds of foster children have received badly needed clothing.

To help make the 2017 Mardi Gras Masquerade Gala a success, we are soliciting your organization’s support through the purchase of a sponsorship. Below are the five levels of sponsorship support for your consideration.

PATRON - Ten event tickets, 4 drink tickets per guest, plus 5,000 Party Pros Bucks per ticket, your Company logo prominently displayed as a TOP level sponsor in the GALA Program, printed displays at the entrance, silent auction area, and rotating display in banquet room. The cost for this level is $5,000.

PLATINUM – Eight event tickets, 2 drink tickets per guest, plus 5,000 Party Pros Bucks per ticket, your Company logo prominently displayed as a TOP level sponsor in the GALA Program, printed displays at the entrance, silent auction area.. The cost for this level is $2,500.00

GOLD – Six event tickets, 2 drink tickets per guest, plus 5,000 Party Pros Bucks per ticket, your Company logo displayed as a GOLD level sponsor in the GALA Program, printed displays at the entrance and silent auction area. The cost for this level is $2,000.00.

SILVER – Four event tickets, 2 drink tickets per guest, plus 5,000 Party Pros Bucks

Table of 8 – Eight event tickets, 2 drink tickets per person. Cost: $880

Individual Tickets - $125 per person.

In addition all guests may purchase rooms with the Westin Hotel at a special group rate – Special Rate TBA.

The Rotarians of GREATER HUNTSVILLE are excited to host your company and guest during the Mardi Gras Masquerade Gala on February 25, 2017, starting at 6:00 pm with the Social Time/Silent Auction viewing, doors open at 7:00 pm especially prepared for this Mardi Gras Masquerade theme, and culminating with sound of Nawlins Jazz and Blues, great for partying and dancing. The Mardi Gras Masquerade Gala will be a night that everyone will remember knowing the lives of those aided by our beneficiaries will be greatly impacted by your generosity.
