Celebrating 20 Years of Still Serving Veterans

The festivities didn’t officially begin until 4 p.m., but people started arriving way before that to celebrate Still Serving Veterans’ new location with an official Ribbon Cutting, followed by a 20th Anniversary Celebration.

Thank you to everyone who came out to celebrate with us, those who gave $20 for our 20th Anniversary campaign, purchased naming opportunities in our new facility, and/or have supported SSV in any way.

We could not continue to serve Veterans without you.

Announcing New Board Leadership

We are pleased to announce our 2026 Board of Directors leadership team. Steve Willhelm has been named Board Chair, while Brenda Armstrong will serve as Vice Chair and Chair of the Governance Committee. Continuing in their leadership roles are Brandon Smith as Board Treasurer and Chair of the Finance Committee, and Dr. Michele Kane as Board Secretary. Kristen Strickland will lead the Development Committee as its Chair.

We are grateful for the leadership, expertise, and commitment these dedicated volunteers bring to SSV as we continue serving Veterans and their families.
