In Huntsville, Ala., Still Serving Veterans assists Veterans and their families in understanding the VA benefits they have earned. We help complete the necessary and, often overwhelming, claims forms. Where necessary, we also help identify alternative sources for needed assistance. With the help of our VA benefits counselors, our clients are able to submit accurate and complete VA packages that often lead to more timely and favorable decisions. This is a win-win for the client and for the over-burdened VA system. In SSV's satellite offices (CAL in Birmingham and EAL in Phenix City), we have formed partnerships with local resources to accomplish the same task.
