Have You Seen Our NEW Website?

Earlier this month, we launched our NEW website! The newly released ssv.org is faster, more intuitive, and built with Veterans and supporters in mind. The refreshed design makes it easier to quickly find services, understand SSV’s impact, and take action—whether that’s requesting support, donating, or getting involved. With improved navigation, clearer messaging, and mobile-friendly functionality, the new site removes barriers and connects more Veterans to life-changing services more efficiently than ever before.

We’re Moving—And Securing the Future for Veterans

Still Serving Veterans’ future headquarters at 430 Wynn Drive in Huntsville, Alabama.

Still Serving Veterans is excited to announce that we’ll be moving into a new, expanded headquarters at 430 Wynn Drive by the end of February. This move is essential to meet the growing demand for our services, especially our VA Claims & Benefits Program, which relies on confidential, face-to-face support. Last year alone, SSV helped 1,820 Veterans find employment, secured $20 million in VA benefits, and provided critical crisis assistance—all at no cost to those we serve.

Our current space can no longer keep up, with Veterans waiting up to four months for appointments. The new, fully accessible facility will allow us to hire more accredited counselors, reduce wait times, and serve more Veterans across 13 North Alabama counties, many of them rural. To make this move possible, we’ve launched the “Secure the Future” Capital Campaign, a $400,000 effort to renovate and prepare the building for service.

Thanks to early supporters, $100,000 has already been raised—but we still need your help. Donate today and help us build a space where Veterans can access the benefits, careers, and stability they’ve earned—now and for years to come.
